NACS Registration
The National Agricultural Communications Symposium (NACS) will take place on February 2-3, 2025, in Irving, Texas at the Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas and the Texican Court during the Southern Association of Agricultural Scientists (SAAS) conference, which will take place on January 30-February 4, 2025. The conference will only be offered in-person.

Early registration ends Jan. 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Late registration begins from Jan. 18, 2025 until conference

If you cannot attend, a refund request can be made up to seven days prior to the event. Refunds will be provided to you minus fees and taxes.

Early Registration (ends Jan 17)

NACS (registered in another SAAS section): $125
Late Registration (Jan 18 - Conference)

NACS (registered in another SAAS section): $175*
*If you are just attending presentations in NACS and will not be eating the Sunday breakfast or breaks, you are not required to pay the NACS registration fee. However, if you have registered for a different SAAS section but plan to spend significant time in NACS (eating the Sunday morning breakfast or breaks), your registration is $125 (early) or $175 (late) to cover catering and related expenses.
Students

If you are just attending presentations in NACS and will not be eating the Sunday breakfast or breaks, you are not required to pay the NACS registration fee.
Student Scholarships
NACS will be offering a number of student scholarships to support attendance to the 2025 conference in Irving, Texas.
These scholarships will cover the cost of student registration.

Please note:

You must be a CURRENT full-time graduate or undergraduate student to apply and receive funding.

You must complete the application fully to be considered.

The support comes in the form of a reimbursement to be paid to the recipient at the symposium.
